February’s gain of 21,100 jobs in Pennsylvania was the largest single-month increase for the state since March 2012. The rise in February was restricted to service-providing industries, which also hit a record high. Jobs were also up over the year, marking the 70th consecutive 12-month gain, with growth primarily in private service providing industries.
