The Interview Q&A Cheat Sheet

In part 1 of our interview cheat sheet series we showed you how to be prepared before your interview.

Now, in part 2, we give you examples of what to be prepared to answer and what you should be prepared to ask. The interviewing process has changed over the past few years with a much heavier significance on company culture and being a fit within that culture. So naturally, HR and interview questions have evolved to more than the usual "Why should we hire you?"

As a job seeker, knowing your stuff about the company you are interviewing for is a given, but you'll need to ask the right questions to really impress your interviewer. We have included some of our favorite questions to ask!
